The property is six hectares in size and stretches over cliffs and meadows down to the sea. Three-quarters of the area is in a nature-protected area and one-third is beach-protected. The entire property is within the national interest for outdoor life and the Bohusleden also passes close by.
The camp was built as a children's colony in the 1940s. The existing farm environment consists of a main building with 13 single bedrooms, two family rooms, a large kitchen, a small apartment and basement with shower. In the yard there is a separate toilet house and a simple table tennis house.
From the camp's common room and terrace you can see the sunset over the North Sea and Lysekil in summer.
